Custom Insoles
Do your feet or back hurt? Do you have heel or knee pain? Our physical therapists can perform a bio-mechanical gate analysis to determine if custum insoles, or orthotics, could help minimize or cure your pain.
Our customized foam orthotic insoles are made to cushion the foot and adjust how it strikes the ground. Insoles are designed to control the foot and lower extremity alignment, as well as provide cushioning to increase shock absorption and relieve pressure.
Orthotics can be created with light, medium or rigid materials depending on your specific needs. We mold, shape and balance the insoles on site while you wait so that you can take them with you when you leave our office.
Common diagnoses or reasons for orthotics referrals include:
- Active runners
- Plantar fasciitis
- Achilles tendonitis
- Joint pain due to improper foot support
- Arthritis
- Heel spurs
- Tendonitis
- Anterior shin pain
- Posterior tibialis tendonitis
- Patellofemoral pain
- Hip bursitis/tendonitis
