Endeavor Rehab Center staff has more than 45 years of cumulative experience. Additionally, each of our providers has specialty training, and certifications above and beyond the standard licenses. When you visit our physical therapy center in Austin, Texas, you can be confident you are receiving physical therapy, hand therapy, or personal training from qualified experts whose goal is to maximize your recovery and get you back to doing the things that you love to do.

Diane Hodges Popps, PT, DPT, MCMT, ICDN

Diane Hodges Popps, PT, DPT, MCMT, ICDN

Diane earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas and is actively pursuing her manual therapy certification. She has worked in outpatient clinics specializing in the treatment of orthopedic injuries and neurologic disorders, and also has experience within the hospital setting. Before becoming a PT, Diane was an engineer for 14 years having earned a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Diane is a Master (fifth degree black belt) in Mu Sool Won and regularly places in her age group for sprint triathlons.

Enrique, the founder of Endeavor Rehab Center, has over 17 years of experience as an occupational therapist, specializing in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. He received his degree in occupational therapy from Texas Woman's University in Denton, and later added an MBA from St. Edwards University in

In 2005, he was a guest speaker at the Texas chapter of the American Hand Therapy Association, presenting on "Dynamic traction splinting of intra-articular PIP joint fractures." Prior to becoming a therapist, Enrique served in the U.S. Army Rangers in the 1st Ranger Battalion.

Emily Fontana, Certified Hand Therapist & Occupational Therapist

Emily Fontana, Certified Hand Therapist & Occupational Therapist

Emily is co-owner and a Certified Hand Therapist, having over 20 years of experience with treating the upper extremity.  She received her undergraduate degree in health sciences from Texas A&M in 1993, and her degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 1995.  She has been a certified hand therapist since 2004.  She serves on the Board of the Texas Society for Hand Therapists.  Emily is married with three children.  In her free time, she enjoys running (especially trail running), yoga, reading and hanging out with her family.

Jason Land, Physical Therapist, PT, MSPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, Cert. MDT

Jason Land, Physical Therapist

Jason has a total of 18 years of experience in the field of health and fitness, with 17 years spent specifically in the field of Physical Therapy.  He earned his undergraduate degree in kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1998 and immediately began working as a personal trainer.  In 1999, he also began working as a Rehab Tech at St. David's in Austin, working with patients with both orthopedic and neurological issues in both inpatient and outpatient settings.  This experience ultimately drove him to pursue an advanced degree in the field of Physical Therapy.  Jason graduated from Texas State in Spring 2004 (MSPT). He has worked at several outpatient clinics in Central Texas, as well as time spent in the Washington, D.C. area specializing in general orthopedics.  In 2007, he earned a certification in mechanical diagnosis and therapy (MDT) through the McKenzie Institute. In 2014 he became a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy after completing the Manual Therapy Institute's fellowship program (FAAOMPT).  Most recently, he earned a certification as an orthopedic specialist through the APTA (OCS).  Jason's next goal is to earn a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.  While he has experience treating patients with problems throughout the body, he considers treatment of the spine to be his specialty and favorite.  Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, listening to music, barbecuing and spending time outdoors camping, hiking and fishing.

Cristi Cuellar, PT, MPT, ICDN

Cristi Cuellar, PT, MPT

Cristi has a Bachelor's of Health and Science degree from Baylor University and a Master of Physical Therapy Degree from Texas State University. She has over 11 years’ experience as a Physical Therapist, working with all types of patients ranging from high school athletes to 80-year-old runners.  She enjoys using Pilates, Yoga and even meditation techniques to improve patient's flexibility, decrease pain, and improve their core stability. She holds additional certifications as a Qigong Instructor, YogaFit teacher and Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition Coach to add to her wellness knowledge. Barry Walter, PT, MSPT

Barry has over eight years of experience and works at our South Austin location.  He graduated from Texas State University.  Prior to his professional career as a PT, Barry was a U.S. Navy Corpsman for five years working with the U.S. Marines.  He has a background in Chemistry. 

Chris Thompson, Physical Therapist

Chris Thompson, Physical Therapist

Chris has over 25 years’ experience in outpatient physical therapy.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Women's University.  Her treatment approach incorporates manual work, therapeutic exercise, osteopathic techniques, myofascial release, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, kinesiology taping and fascial stretch therapy.  Functional medicine theories are also a foundation of her care.

Stephan Miller, PT, DPT, ICDN

Stephan earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015 from Franklin Pierce University in Chicago. He has experience in developing appropriate plans of care and treatment techniques, and has learned valuable manual therapy techniques. Stephan motivates patients to reach their potential while cultivating a meaningful patient and co-worker relationship.

Stephanie Brubaker, PT, MSPT, ICDN

Stephanie has over 17 years experience as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist in the Austin Area. She obtained her Master’s Degree from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA in 1999, and a BS in Biology from the College of Charleston, SC. She is also a Navy/Desert Storm Veteran who worked in the aviation community.

She has treated people aged 9-92 years old and all joints of the body, but mostly enjoys treating knees, feet and the cervical area. She has treated many soccer injuries due to her two children playing premier soccer, along with injuries from tumbling and cheerleading. Her treatment style encompasses a variety of Manual Therapy techniques, including active release techniques, trigger point releases, fascial gliding and joint mobilization, kinesiology taping and functional individualized exercises. She is also certified in Functional Core Strengthening and most recently in effective Dry Needling Techniques. “The satisfaction of resolving pain and restoring function, without my patients undergoing surgery, is the greatest reward.”

Stephanie is married with three children and has three dogs. In her free time she enjoys fitness and runs at various levels, traveling, reading, golf, hiking and anything else outside. – “work hard-play hard!”

Emanuel “Manny” Prempeh, PT, DPT

Manny earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in St. Augustine, FL.  He has 5 years of clinical experience treating patients with various orthopedic, neurological and balance problems.  He has completed specialized training in vestibular rehab for inner ear dysfunction and Graston Technique, which is a type of soft tissue treatment.  In his free time, he enjoys eating, working out, spending time with family and friends, as well as supporting the Dallas Cowboys.

Christina Still, OTR, CHT

Christina Still, OTR, CHT

Christina Still received her Master of Occupational Therapy and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Rockburst University. She became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2009. After her Master's degree, she spent a year in Ecuador volunteering in hospitals and clinics. She worked for 10 years in Chicago with upper extremity surgeons and treated the Chicago Bulls, Blackhawks and the White Sox.

Christy has 15 years of experience in wound care, splinting, and treating a variety of repetitive use injuries and pre- and post-operative diagnoses. When she is not treating upper extremity injuries, Christy enjoys running, yoga, Pilates, swimming, rowing, and learning to play the guitar.
