Bonnie Yesian, PT, FAAOMPT

Physical Therapist, Manual Certified Therapist

Bonnie has over 10 years experience in athletic training and physical therapy. She received her undergraduate degree in athletic training, as well as a master’s degree in physical therapy, from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. She then completed a residency and fellowship program in manual therapy to become a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedics (FAAOMPT). This certification makes her unique, as she is one of the few fellows of manual therapy in the Austin area. Bonnie is also an avid runner and competes in numerous marathons annually, most notably the Boston Marathon.

Enrique Hazel,OTR, CHT, MBA

Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist

Enrique, the founder of Endeavor Rehab Center, has over 10 years experience as an occupational therapist, specializing in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. He received his degree in occupational therapy from Texas Woman’s University in Denton and later added an MBA from St. Edwards University in Austin.  He completed specialized training as a Certified Hand Therapist in 2007.

In 2005, he was a guest speaker at the Texas chapter of the American Hand Therapy Association, presenting on “Dynamic traction splinting of intra-articular PIP joint fractures.” Prior to becoming a therapist, Enrique served in the U.S. Army Rangers in the 1st Ranger Battalion.

Emily Fontana, OTR, CHT

Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist

Emily is co-owner and a Certified Hand Therapist with over 15 years experience as an occupational therapy, specializing in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. She received her undergraduate degree in health science from Texas A&M and her degree in occupational therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She completed her specialized training as a Certified Hand Therapist in 2004. Emily is an avid runner and has complete 8 marathons. She established the Austin Hand Therapy Interest Group.

Andre Gremillion, PTA, MES, NSC-CPT

Physical Therapist Assistant, Medical Exercise Specialist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

With over 10 years experience as a licensed physical therapy assistant, Medical Exercise Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer, Andre directs the Wellness Program at Endeavor Rehab Center. As a Medical Exercise Specialist, he helps patients transition from the care of a physician, physical therapist or chiropractor into a conditioning program that will speed the healing process and improve their overall functional fitness.

This type of training is designed to help patients return to optimal function after the acute and subacute phase of medical treatment. Patients need a way to maintain or improve healing and minimize the chances of re-injury by becoming actively involved in an exercise program that specifically targets their individual needs. What separates Andre from the average personal trainer is his certification as a PTA and his clinical knowledge of anatomy and pathology of orthopedic conditions affecting the upper and lower extremities and spine, as well as his knowledge of cardiovascular and neurological conditions.
