We are conveniently located in the heart of central Austin with easy access to North or South Austin. You’ll find us at the intersection of I-35 and Hwy 290, behind Pappadeux’s restaurant. We are especially convenient for anyone working for the state, city, University of Texas or in the downtown Austin area. We are also easily accessible for the residents of Pflugerville, Round Rock, Manor and Elgin, Texas.

Office Hours
Physical Therapy and Hand Therapy Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
We will also facilitate special appointment needs. Please call us in advance if you need to arrange an alternate appointment time.
Wellness and Fitness Program Hours:
Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday: By appointment only. Please call in advance to arrange.

At Endeavor Rehab Center, we accept Worker’s Compensation, Medicare, Medicaid and many major insurance plans.
Insurances accepted:
Aetna, BCBS, Beech Street, Cigna, PHCS, Medicare/Medicaid, United Health Care, Physician Health Choice, American PPO, Humana, Texas True Choice, Health smart, and all Workers Compensation plans in Texas and many more.
